Start a Company in Estonia – Fly+ Package (monthly, for e-residents)

FLY+ package  is a perfect solution for small and growing service-offering companies that need full accounting service. It gives you access to accounting software, a possibility to create sales invoices and to keep all expense documents in one place. The service also includes processing up to 30 transactions, VAT registration and declarations, and 1 salary payment calculation with declaration.

• The Fly+ package is suitable for companies that have activities, transactions and a need for a dedicated accountant and a VAT number. Company formation, virtual office services, annual report and accounting services are included in the package. You can also check out the Start package or Fly+ package.

My Company for Start package includes:

• Company formation in a comfortable self-service platform my1Office
• Technical support
• State fee of 265€

Important information:

• Only suitable for e-residents and Estonian ID card holders.
• Company will be registered with deferred monetary share capital contribution. It means you can choose when you pay in your share capital but it must be paid in before you start paying dividends. Minimum share capital for Estonian company is 2500€.
• Please note that service contract with 1Office is subject to certain acceptance procedures. KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure includes the verification of the identity of directors, shareholders, beneficial owners, and collecting general information about the business.

My Virtual Office for Start package includes:

• Legal address (mandatory for every Estonian company)
• Contact person for accepting the company’s official letters from Business Register and other public institutions (mandatory for every Estonian company)
• Company’s administrative address for receiving mail
• Mail sorting and forwarding for up to 10 letters in one month

Important information:

• This is a monthly subscription service. The Service period starts from the date the service was bought and the service fee will be credited from your credit card at the beginning of the new service period.

My Accounting for Fly+ package includes:

• Processing up to 30 transactions per month (sales invoices, purchase invoices, expense documents, bank statement transactions). Package upgrade shall apply for a fee of 30 € / per each 30 extra transactions from next subscription period.
• My Invoices – paperless document management in my1Office platform
• Create sales invoices and send invoices to the clients directly from my Invoices.
• My Purchases – use a mobile app to take pictures of your expense documents and they will be automatically uploaded to my1Office platform
• Dedicated accountant for monthly bookkeeping
• VAT Declaration
• 1 salary payment calculation and declaration
• Annual report included in the package is prepared based on documents in My Invoices and My Purchases. Annual report will be provided if you have subscribed to the package for the whole financial year.

Important information:

• This is a monthly subscription service. Service is available for valid subscriptions only.
• We accept original accounting documents in Estonian, Russian and English.
• In order to submit declarations on time, all documents must be forwarded to your accountant as early as possible, but no later than on the 5th day of the following month. Delayed declarations result in fines issued by the Tax Board. Documents that were not submitted and/or properly formatted result in their declaration and an additional tax burden on the company.
• Processing the data and documents of previous periods and/or previous period corrections are not included in the package price. Previous period correction is 65€ and correction of declarations is 35€ / per declaration.
• Cancelling the subscription or a failed payment for subscription will result in ending all services by 1Office.
• Access to documents in myInvoices after termination of contract is subject to an additional fee of 50 €.
• Annual report included in the package is prepared based on documents in My Invocies and My Purchases. Annual report will be provided if you have subscribed to the package for the whole financial year.
