Process flow for opening a company in Estonia with an e-Residency card:
- Choose services you need (in addition to company formation service you might need the legal address, contact person and/or accounting)
- After the payment fill in the KYC* form that we send you
- Sign the documents that we have prepared for you (digital signing)
- Additional questions may follow from Business Register but we help you with all the answers
- Your company will be registered in 1-2 working days from sending the signed documents
Important information:
- Only suitable for e-residents and Estonian ID card holders.
- Suitable for multiple founders.
- You must have a digital signing option available.
- In order for the process to be as fast as possible, please make sure that the business name is available and choose the company´s main business activity code. Only one code must be selected, but this does not limit activities in other business areas. Codes are available here.
- Minimum share capital for Estonian company is 1 EUR.
