If there are any unpaid debts then they must be paid in full before the company will be struck off.\u00a0 Any company that is undergoing an insolvency procedure has been threatened with liquidation or has a creditor agreement such as a Company Voluntary Arrangement cannot be struck off.<\/li>\n<li>It takes at least three months for a limited company to be struck off the Companies House register.
