This solution gives you sa oftware access, possibility to create, share, comment, sign and store your documents in one place.
There is a wide selection of pre-built contracts where you only have insert the missing data. All collaborators can simultaneously work on the contract by leaving comments and adding documents.
The automated documents in myContracts comply with the legislation and include all necessary clauses. Using automated documents will guarantee that your documents do not contain any mistakes. That is because there are automated choices, formatting options, and tooltips available. Every choice will lead to the right clause or wording as it is guided by the best practices.
