The service starts with a one-time setup fee of 69 EUR that usually includes:
• Taking over your company’s documents
• Setting your company up in accounting software
• Instructions about necessary accesses etc.
Next invoices for the accounting service are issued once a month and the minimum monthly fee is 120 EUR (includes up to 1,5 hours of accountants work). If the work volume exceeds 1,5 hours, the hourly fee is 65 EUR, which is calculated with a 15-minute accuracy.
We accept the source documents in Latvian, Russian and English.
1. Is it mandatory to do accounting every month?
If the company has the VAT number (mandatory for companies with EU turnover more than 40 000€) or when the company pays salaries to employees, then monthly declarations need to be submitted.
If your company doesn’t have any monthly payments, purchases, invoices and no VAT number, then it is sufficient to do the whole accounting at least once a year by submitting the annual report.
